but while it was here it frosted the holly bush in the most wonderful way

It came, it was beautiful and it melted away

 

it was there in the morning and by noon was just a memory.

First Snow of winter

 

this first snow of the winter has finally fallen. It only lasted a few minutes but the effect was instant joy around the office. we all took just a few seconds to go outside and hear the silence. then it was over and the rain began. But the way I started the new job on Jan 1 and everything is going well. I am starting to settle in and getting up and running on the hot issues. More later on that. Till then enjoy the next few pics
