The State pheasant farm had a large sections collapse during the freak early Fall snow storm. The valley took in 8 inches of very wet heavy snow and the netting just couldn't support the weight. What looked like a 1000+ plus birds escaped and have roamed the area every since. The remaing pheasants are getting quite large and are grouping into the non-hunting areas for the Winter.
